We realize that deadlines and performance dates are important to you, so we are sensitive to that. If you let us know what your deadline is, we will be sure to meet it for you.
Of course we would be remiss if we didn't let you know that certain times of year are busier than others. If, for any reason we expect timeline challenges, we will be sure to let you know.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
Shipping is based on a percentage method for shipping within the U.S. We Ship almost anywhere in the world.
Shipping out of the U.S. will cost extra. E-mail me with your item and address and I can let you know how much it will cost.

What sort of custom designs do you make?
We pride ourselves in our unique and custom designs. We spend a great deal of time designing and creating new and interesting strait jackets.
Generally if you can dream it, we can do it, or we can recommend someone who can. We have many colors in stock and many different styles. Just let us know specifically what you want, and we will work with you to make it happen.
How do I figure out my strait jacket size?
We size our straitjackets by chest sizie. Straps are adjustable by nature so just order based on your chest size. If you want, we have a sizing chart you can look at to ensure proper sizing.
What is your return policy?
In a nutshell, all sales are final. We cannot sell used straitjackets. We cannot sell straitjackets that have been custom-tailored for you. We cannot sell straitjackets that have been sweat in, breathed in, bled in, etc. We are not a rental house.
Please make sure you have correctly chosen your straitjacket size because we cannot exchange for different sizes on: custom jackets ; specialty jackets ; magician's ultimate jackets ; real ultimate jackets.
If any exchanges are necessary, contact must be made within 7 days upon receiving the jacket.
